Sunday Soul Service is a monthly dance movement experience for women, including those who used to dance & those who have never stepped foot inside a dance studio.
Each session will include…
✨ A welcome tea & gentle intention setting circle
✨ An uplifting and joyful Jazz Dance class suitable for all abilities
✨ A guided relaxation to leave you feeling calm, grounded & refreshed
No dance experience is needed – come as you are. All you need to bring is a water
bottle & your beautiful self!
