The Fold is a community interest company and supporting the community in the best way we can is our utmost priority. We have had long discussions on what course of action to take regarding the advice given by the government and what is best for not only our team but also the wider community.

We want to be here as a resource for people to be able to get food and essential household items as well as offering advise on how to best stay healthy. There are also many people that rely on The Fold as their livelihood and we are doing all we can to ensure that they are able to support themselves and their families in these uncertain times. For that reason, we have decided that the farm shop will remain open.

We are looking into new services that we will hopefully be able to provide in the near future, such as offering food and grocery deliveries for vulnerable or self-isolating people in the community. We would also like to set up a befriending chat-line, so that people have someone to chat to.
