Join Madeleine Seraphina for this FREE TRIAL Sacred Rose Kundalini Yoga class, weaving together the powerful practice of Kundalini yoga with the loving energy of the Rose.
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that combines movements, postures, breathwork and mantras to activate our life force energy flow in the body and expand our consciousness. Kundalini Yoga supports physical health through building vitality and resilience, as well as strengthening the energy field and our inner divine connection.
Weaving in the energy of the Sacred Rose, this class focuses on cultivating deep embodied awareness and softening into our bodies as our sacred ground. The classes will include guided meditation to connect into the body, gentle mantras to bring love and ease into our system, and teachings and healing energies of the Sacred Feminine path of the Rose to support you in your journey into deeper self-love and embodied presence.

This class is open to everyone ~ all abilities and levels of flexibility/fitness are welcome as Kundalini Yoga is primarily an energetic practice so you can always adapt and/or visualise the movements and still receive all the benefits.
About Madeleine:
Madeleine Seraphina is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, ceremonialist, oracle and energy healer, dedicated to the pathway of Sacred Feminine reclamation and remembrance. She is passionate about supporting people to activate their full expression and reconnect with their organic embodied truth, through connection with the energies of the Earth and the Sacred Rose. She trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2013 and since has studied for four years in a Sacred Feminine Mystery School and trained in circle facilitation training and energy healing. She lives in the Malvern Hills, where she offers Sacred Rose Oracle Readings, 1-1 healing spaces, ceremonies and women’s circles.
