Therapist Bio
Lisa Kimberley is a UKCP-registered Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist offering therapy for adults, Integrative Baby Therapy, and professional supervision. She specialises in complex trauma, depression, attachment challenges, and perinatal mental health, with a particular focus on supporting women through trauma, loss, and transitions into parenthood.
Her relational approach blends psychodynamic insight with embodied, somatic practices, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, process deep emotional patterns, and build a stronger sense of self and boundaries. Lisa is also an Advanced Integrative Baby Therapy Practitioner, working with babies and parents to explore early developmental experiences from conception through infancy.
Alongside her private practice, Lisa has worked across NHS mental health, perinatal, and palliative care services, and currently supports refugees and asylum seekers. She also provides reflective supervision and training for practitioners.
Lisa offers a warm, compassionate, and attentive space that honours both the challenges clients face and the strengths they bring.
