Pitch + Table Hire £18
- You will be selling from your pitch inside the barn, seller cars are parked behind the barn in a designated area
- Barn doors open at 8.30am for you to park an unload
- If you arrive before 8.30am you must queue in the main carpark
- Pitches are allocated at random, there is no option to choose your location
- You will be emailed a numbered map of the barn the Friday before the event, telling you what number your selling pitch is
- You must keep your display within the chalked lines on the floor, pitches are measured and all exactly the same size
- Tables are limited, once they sell out only standard pitches will be bookable
- You may bring your own rails and tables, use your pitch as you like within the chalked lines
- Show your booking email on arrival and collect your table from the entrance if pre-reserved
- Pitches can be cancelled for a refund with 7 days notice, there is a non refundable admin fee of £3 due to transaction fees we can’t claim back
- Please read the terms and conditions carefully when booking
- The system takes you to the next available date, if it’s sold out it, you will only see the next month available to book
- We can’t keep a waitlist for dates that are full, please keep checking the online booking link for cancellations that may have freed up a space
Entry for the public is a £1 donation on the door to help fund our organic community farm
