Ariel yoga

Both Aerial Yin Yoga and a Floating Sound Bath are deeply restorative, meditative wellness practices—think next-level relaxation experiences that combine elements of yoga, mindfulness, and sensory healing.

Here’s a breakdown:

🧘‍♀️ Aerial Yin Yoga

Aerial Yin Yoga blends two unique concepts:

Aerial Yoga: Uses a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body in poses, allowing for deep stretches, inversions, and decompression of the spine.

Yin Yoga: A slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for 3–5+ minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints.

Put together:

You’re suspended or partially supported by a hammock.

You hold gentle, passive stretches for long durations.

It’s calming, grounding, and enhances flexibility and energy flow.

Benefits:

Deep tissue release without strain

Improved circulation and joint health

Nervous system reset through slow, mindful movement

🔊 Floating Sound Bath
This is a meditative sound healing experience—but with a twist: you’re either literally floating in water or gently suspended in an aerial hammock, creating the sensation of weightlessness.

Sound bath: Involves instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and Tibetan singing bowls. The vibrations guide you into a relaxed, almost trance-like state.

Floating: The use of water or a hammock helps remove physical pressure and distractions from your body.

Benefits:
-Deep nervous system relaxation
-Enhanced meditative state (theta brainwaves
-Emotional release and energetic balancing
