Join Medical Herbalist Arlene Burnett for a hands-on workshop celebrating the healing power of plants.
We’ll explore the medicinal properties of local plants whilst foraging around the surroundings of The Fold, deepening your connection to the natural landscape.
During this workshop, you’ll create a range of herbal remedies for the summer months to include in your herbal first-aid kit.
Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy a selection of herbal teas.
You’ll leave with the remedies you’ve made, along with the recipes and guidance so you can confidently recreate them at home.
