September 12 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Uncover hidden family dynamics
Heal unconscious family trauma that has been passed down generations
Acknowledge and honour the past so it can be laid to rest
Step into a life of true choice, clarity and freedom
These are some of the profound benefits and outcomes of family constellation work – a powerful method for bringing to light unconscious patterns and blocks, energetic stagnations and hidden loyalties that have their roots within the family system. These ‘knots’ often show up as problems in partnerships, in our creativity or perhaps in our relationship to money or to ourselves.
This methodology was developed over a lifetime of work by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger. Hellinger observed that what happens in one part of a family will inevitably have effects on the whole family. This systemic approach is what sets constellation work apart from other therapeutic modalities.
Time and time again Hellinger observed entanglements, loyalties between family members and powerful dynamics and blocks that his clients had not previously been aware of.
According to Hellinger’s framework, unresolved experiences such as unspoken grief, premature death, exclusion, or deep injustice leave invisible imprints on the family field. These imprints, rather than fading with time, can be unconsciously carried forward — emerging in the lives of children, grandchildren, or even great-grandchildren as unexplained anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or physical symptoms that appear to have no obvious cause.
When hidden loyalties are brought into the light, excluded members are honoured, and burdens are returned to their rightful place, the soul of the family system can begin to restore its natural balance. Through this ritual of acknowledgment and honouring what has been, clients often experience a profound shift in how they relate to themselves, their families, and their place within the wider family story.
The workshop will be facilitated by Lisa Morse and Alan Taylor. Lisa is an experienced family constellation facilitator and person-centred counsellor. Alan Taylor is also a trained family constellation facilitator who also draws from his experience as a voice dialogue facilitator.
