Looking for an eco-friendly venue space?

Are you looking for a unique venue for an event or workshop? Somewhere that reflects your eco-friendly values?  We have multiple spaces available that would be suitable for a variety of activities from private events such as meetings and parties to more public events such as workshops and exercise classes. Based only a few miles out of both Worcester and Malvern on A4103 in beautiful rural countryside your attendees will also be able to benefit from being able to walk along one of our beautiful nature trails or browsing in our artisan studios during break-times.

If you book to run a workshop or class at The Fold you can also benefit from additional marketing for no additional cost through appearances on our website, social media and on-site flyers and posters. Booking times are inclusive of set-up and take-down time. ie. you will be charged from the time you access the room until you have left.

The Cart House – Suitable for exercise classes, day retreats, workshops, small parties and meetings

Weekday Hourly Rate – £15

Weekday All-Day Rate (9am-6pm) – £95

Weekend Hourly Rate – £18

Weekend All-Day Rate (9am-6pm) – £120

Basic room hire charges include exclusive use of the space (10m x 7m), use of up to 25 chairs, 4 trestle tables (stored in the Cart House cupboard). The space includes a kitchenette and private toilet.

Tables and Chairs can be set up in advance to accommodate up to 65 people seated at tables or up to 80 theatre style. This can be arranged at an additional charge of £10.

The Craft Room – Suitable for arts/craft classes, workshops and meetings

Weekday Hourly Rate  – £12

Weekday All-Day Rate (9am-6pm) – £65

Weekend Hourly Rate – £14

Weekend All-Day Rate (9am-6pm) – £85

Basic room hire charges include exclusive use of the space (4.5m x 5.8m). There is a wooden table (89cm x 180cm) with 6 chairs permanently in the room. An additional 2 trestle tables and 5 chairs can be requested in advance to be added to the room at no additional charge.

There is not a private toilet in this space, however toilets are located close by and there is a sink in the room for ease of cleaning equipment in craft activities

All trestle tables mentioned in description or as part of additional room set up are 76cm x 180cm.



We are currently unable to provide catering. However we can provide a list of reccomended caterers on request.

There kettles and mugs in the Cart House, Craft Room and Therapy Centre Hall which you are welcome to use as long as you tidy up after use so the space is ready for the next user. Please be aware that you will need to provide your own tea/coffee and milk.
