ABOUT NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION
Naturopathic Nutrition is a holistic, person centred approach that seeks out the root cause of imbalance or ill health to establish and maintain optimum health and wellbeing. It provides an excellent opportunity for dietary and lifestyle programmes to be tailored to the needs of those wanting to nurture a long, healthy life or achieve specific health-related goals.
A thorough case history is taken to get a complete overview of a client’s lifestyle, diet and wellbeing. By working together, a realistic and achievable, personalised nutrition plan with detailed guidance and support is provided. It can then be successfully implemented at home, empowering clients with the knowledge that they are taking responsibility for their own health.
Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body, and are an effective answer to many health complaints and common conditions.
