Hypnosis can at best be defined as a relaxed state of mind in which the subconscious mind is able to communicate with the conscious mind. Hypnotherapy is the process of using this relaxed state to encourage beneficial change.

As a qualified and experienced Solution Focused Hypnotherapist I help my clients overcome a wide range of challenges in their lives; making a real difference to their happiness and helping them to achieve their goals and ambitions.

I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma from the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol. This qualification is considered the gold standard in hypnotherapy training. I am a member of the Association of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). I have a full DBS check.

HOW I WORK

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, modern, and well-researched strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time.

During our sessions, we focus on the goals you want to achieve, rather than dwelling on the challenges you are facing. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works by focusing on your strengths and skills to help you look forward to the future, free from the issues holding you back.

Hypnosis itself reduces anxiety, and this is done very simply through relaxation and visualisation, allowing you to focus on the positive aspects of your life that enables a shift in perspective.
When in a state of hypnosis you remain in complete control and despite what you may have seen on television, I cannot make you bark like a dog, or walk like a chicken! You cannot get stuck in hypnosis and you can bring yourself out at any time.

Sessions after this typically last for 55 minutes and cost £50. 

 

Stop smoking sessions last for 2 hours and cost £150.  Only one session is normally required, although free top up sessions are available.​
