Volunteering opportunities

"Volunteering - an act of freewill that satisfies soul and mind"

There are a wide range of volunteer opportunities available at The Fold, suitable for many from all walks and stages of life. Most of these are ‘Day Volunteers’ which live in the local area and come one or two days a week and we do also have a few spaces available for ‘Residential Volunteers’ if you are coming from further afield. Whether you want to get back to nature and work on the land or gain experience in an office space there is likely to be a position suitable for you, take a look below to see a variety of areas in which we take on volunteers.

As a non-profit The Fold relies on wonderful volunteers to ensure it keeps running and is able to serve our community. We value our volunteers highly and the hard work they put in to ensure that The Fold continues to be a centre for growth and change in society. As a volunteer you will get the opportunity to learn new skills from the talented, knowledgeable team on-site, alongside gaining important experience that can help you further your career or personal endeavours. You will also become part of our close and supportive community which joins together for community events to celebrate and thank our volunteers for the hard work they put in.
