Each class will look at some of the main components of the physical yoga practice: breathing, yoga poses, simple transitions from one pose to another. We’ll also look at some of the key lessons we can take from yoga philosophy, and practise simple meditation techniques to finish each session. In this workshop you will produce a 6x6" felted picture, complete with mount and frame. You will learn basic needle felting skills using a range of carded wool and extra detailing through embroidery and beadwork.
