We begin with an uplifting\, flowing Yang sequence to gently energise the body\, release held tension\, and clear mental noise. From there\, the pace slows as we transition into deep Yin postures\, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to soften. \nExpect mindful movement\, grounded breathwork\, and time to pause – supporting both physical release and a sense of emotional and mental ease. This is a space to let go of effort\, drop out of the busy mind\, and create space for what’s next. \nSuitable for all levels\, this class isn’t about pushing or perfecting poses.
