An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
In this nourishing, relaxing class we move through low impact, flowing sequences, mostly seated or low to the ground, meandering our way towards slowing things right down to stillness.
You will be guided through a curated series of slow flow movements and Yin postures to allow the muscles to relax and provide an opportunity for stillness… something that is often missing in our busy lives. Each class ends in a super relaxing restorative pose with bolsters, blankets, whatever you need to feel fully supported to relax.
As an introductory offer the first class on 8 January is free! Thereafter classes are £10 for a single class pass, £45 for a five class pass.
