Due to the popularity of this workshop in December, I’m running it again this Spring!
An interactive workshop to share tips and suggestions to make a daily yoga practice a reality.
The question I get asked most often is “how can I do more yoga at home?”
Establishing a home practice is about so much more than just learning a sequence. It’s about understanding what you want from your practice, understanding why you might stand in your own way, and finding strategies to help make your yoga practice a habit. This workshop will help by looking at practical suggestions and explore ways to build healthy habits.
We’ll meet between 9am and 9:15am to settle into the space, then we’ll begin our time together with an energising wake up yoga flow. The rest of the morning will be interactive, discussing what works, how best to set up a home practice and why we sometimes fail to stick to our best laid plans! As part of the workshop we will look in depth at sun salutations to create some building blocks for your own practice.
