An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until 22nd December 2020
I discovered yoga while i was unawaredly approaching a shift in my personal life which resulted in a big shift within myself and the life i was experiencing. Yoga helped me to channel my emotions through movement and awareness of breath to re-direct my energy in a positive way, while strengthening my physical and mental wellbeing. During my training in India and the months of travelling India that followed, I learned a lot about what it means to find contentment with the life experience that you have come into and that which you create, and how important it is to find your truth.
Through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness it is possible to discover that life is already perfect.. you just need to allow it.
