Tai Ji Quan is suitable for people of all ages and abilities and can be practised well into old age. Medical research indicates that Tai Ji is beneficial for a range of illnesses and conditions including:
Qigong and related exercises 18:30 – 19:30, followed by Yang family style Tai Ji Quan long form 19:30 – 20:30.
Cost: £115 per term, three 14 week terms per year. One 2 hour session: £10. One 1 hour session: £5. First lesson is free. Concessions on request.
