A morning of yoga practice and philosophy, getting under the skin of this vast and inspiring tradition and understanding how we can apply yoga in our own 21st Century lives.
We’ll start our morning together with a seated meditation and a vinyasa class, followed by a masterclass on some classic poses. The second part of the morning we’ll spend time exploring one of the most important yoga texts: Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras – a compilation of principles on the theory and practise of yoga.
