Meditation is wonderful for reducing stress and has many other physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits. It is also the way your inner being teaches you alignment with your source. Learn how to meditate in this safe, supportive, friendly small group and take these steps home with you so you can meditate on your own at home. With decades of experience Amba will show you the simple steps to start meditating. Your inner being is calling you!
This class will run weekly into the spring and are held in this gorgeous 200 year old barn The Cart House at The Fold on Tuesday mornings. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Bring a notebook & pen, bottle of water, blanket and warm socks. Plenty of free parking in the rear car park. Book in advance.
