Each class will look at some of the main components of the physical yoga practice: breathing, yoga poses, simple transitions from one pose to another. We’ll also look at some of the key lessons we can take from yoga philosophy, and practise simple meditation techniques to finish each session.
Classes are £10 for a single class pass, £45 for a five class pass (the most popular option).
