An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until 28th August 2019
A mid-week vinyasa yoga class, suitable for all levels of experience. Expect a gentle warm up, building to some flowing yoga sequences balanced with restorative poses. All classes end with a deep relaxation and a few minutes in silent meditation to leave you feeling grounded and calm.
