An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Wednesday, repeating until 24th April 2019
A mid-week vinyasa yoga class, suitable for all levels of experience. Expect a gentle warm up, building to some flowing yoga sequences balanced with restorative poses. All classes end with a few minutes in silent meditation and a deep relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and calm.
