The Fold Farm Shop - A Natural Development

Monday - Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm

Phone: 01886 833 397

We now have our own Farm Shop in our front courtyard, something we've been dreaming of for while.

It seems obvious really, we grow a lot of our own food on The Fold Farm (using organic methods), and we make and serve great food in our Café. Over the years we have built up a large following of food-loving customers who understand and appreciate our approach to sourcing and serving local, seasonal and organic produce.

We now want to extend this approach to our Farm Shop. Come and take a look and see what you think. We welcome ideas about how you would like to see the shop develop, and what you would most like us to stock, as we get this exciting new venture under way.

The Story of Our Food

All food has a story.

We believe our customers want to know the story of their food - how it was grown, where it was grown, how it was processed, how it was packaged and transported - all the things that make good food “good” in every sense of the word.

When we select a product for our shop we’ll want to know its story. We’ll look only at local, seasonal, organic produce - where practical. We will select suppliers that we know, and products that we know have been produced to meet our standards – that we have tasted, tested and know to be the best of its type.

So, when you buy produce from The Fold Farm Shop we will be able to tell you its story, and you can be assured it’s going to be good.

Also you'll find a full range of Bio D Cleaning Products from an ethically and environmentally excellent company.

If you like herbal teas we have a full range of Pukka Teas With many different varieties to suit every taste.

Good Food Deserves Good Wine

We're delighted that Hamps is moving his Wine and Spirits Emporium into our Farm Shop.

David Hampshire

David's wines are carefully selected for you during his regular visits to family vineyards in both North Eastern Italy and Southern France near Montpellier: both whites and reds based on Grenache or Syrah grapes. If Hamps hasn't tasted it for himself, it won't be in stock! He has wines that will suit all tastes and price points, including a range of delicious Prosecco and dessert wines, as well as liqueurs, gins, beers, and a choice of English wines too.

Hamps also runs tasting sessions most Saturdays: no need to book, just pop in from 11am until 4pm.

He is also available for wine tastings in your own home - price £10pp for seven super wines!

To contact Hamps call 07773 611124.
