I have been interested in and studied Energy Healing all my life. My professional career as a Complementary Therapist started 17 years ago and during that time I have successfully worked with my clients on many different physical and emotional problems.
My experience includes a Stress Management clinic for senior staff and pupils at a Private Girl's boarding school in Malvern. I was there for 11 years offering Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage. I also did Aromatherapy Massage at St Richard's Hospice in Worcester, on a voluntary basis.
FERTILITY SOLUTIONS ... with 'The Emotion Code', Reflexology & Aromatherapy
The Emotion Code uses a simple method of muscle testing to identify and then gently release conscious and subconscious emotional blocks, trapped emotions and limiting beliefs in both men and women. These emotional blocks etc. can interfere with conception & reproductive health by creating conflict within the mind which can impact on the physical and emotional health in many different ways.

These negative emotions, thoughts and feelings can send the wrong messages to your body. Even the stress and fear of not conceiving is a major factor in suppressing fertility, in both men and women, as it alters the body chemistry which can affect hormonal balance and general health.
REFLEXOLOGY & AROMATHERAPY
If appropriate, I combine Reflexology & Aromatherapy with emotional healing for maximum effect. It is very important for both partners to be in good health and to reduce stress levels before planning to conceive. This will not only help with conception but will also help the baby to have the best possible start in life.
- REFLEXOLOGY is enormously beneficial to both partners during the preconceptual stage, as well as being very enjoyable, relaxing and reducing stress. In the woman this therapy helps stimulate and stabilize the entire hormonal system, encouraging the cycle to be balanced and regular - essential for reproduction. Reflexology can also help with male reproductive issues.
- AROMATHERAPY oils and Massage can be beneficial in two ways when trying to get pregnant. Firstly, the essential oils assist in regulating the menstrual cycle and promoting a healthy reproductive system, whilst the Aromatherapy Massage helps you relax, reduce stress and combat depression.
Training ...
I did my Reflexology training in Worcester in 1996 with Eileen Gilmore (IIHHT) and also attended an ITEC course in Malvern at a later date to add to my experience and professional development.
My professional career started in 1994 with a Massage Training Institute (MTI) Holistic Massage Diploma and ITEC qualifications in Aromatherapy and Massage. Further studies in Energy Healing and related subjects followed, including a diploma in Crystal Healing with the CHSVA in 1999.
My Fertility Support training was undertaken with Tracy Holloway in Bristol in 2007 and includes her Fertility Solutions programme.
Professional Development ...
I am hugely committed to furthering my knowledge and experience in my therapies and emotional healing work! My training is continuously updated with additional courses, studying, workshops, supervision and mentoring. Over the years I have studied with many dedicated and inspirational teachers/mentors and I am a member of the Doctor-Healer Network, (DHN) and the Complementary Therapist's Association (CThA).
