An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Thursday, repeating until 14th December 2017
This is a group class suitable for beginner and intermediate students. The class focuses on posture, alignment, flexibility, strength and relaxation.
All equipment is provided.
Pilates focuses on strengthening the smaller, weaker muscles first. Locating them and learning to engage them takes concentration, control and precision – which is why pilates is sometimes described as a mindful form of exercise.
The class is run by Jane Prady who is a Body Control Pilates® teacher, meaning she has qualified from the most comprehensive Matwork teacher training course available. Body Control Pilates is widely seen as an international benchmark for quality in Pilates teaching.
