led by Fold chef Kerry Woodfield, member of the Association of Foragers and professional foraging guide.
Come on a guided walk and talk around the autumn lands of the Fold, and discover the wild food that is available all around us.
You will get to know up to 15 species of edible plants, and learn to safely identify and use them. You will learn about the value and importance of wild food, as well as the law and the ethics of foraging.
You are then invited to a 3-course meal starring foraged food waiting for us in The Fold Cafe.
You don’t get food more local than that!
Saturday, 14th October, 3pm start
Cost for walk and feast: £45
