Psychodrama Group
Psychodrama is a form of group psychotherapy based in action, providing a supportive, creative and inspiring opportunity to enhance personal development. The group is led by Nancy Piercy and Huw Richards, renowned for their inclusive and participatory style. No previous dramatic experience is needed, simply a desire to explore. The course develops confidence, self awareness, personal insight and expressive abilities.
The course will run October 10th, November 7th and December 5th in 2009. Dates for 2010 are February 27th, March 13th, April 17th, May 22nd, June 19th and July 17th. Café Philo – Re-Launch -6.30 pm -Wednesday 17th March 2010
Our regular two-monthly informal group is changing, with more participant say in what is to be discussed and a lower price.The £8.00 fee covers the usual light healthy delicious supper with savoury and sweet courses. Drinks available to purchase from our licensed bar.

Beauty - A question of universal taste or the tyranny of fashion? Why is the search for a universal criterion of Beauty so important? What role is Beauty playing in our lives?
Stretch and stimulate your mind by learning a new language in the welcoming surroundings of the ecoCafé. No previous language skills necessary. Please note the cafe is open to the public but normally very quiet at this time.
Tuesdays 10am - 11am.
