We are delighted to announce a brand new monthly book club, Folding Pages, run by Malvern newcomer Louise Ross. We hope to see many Folders involved as it will be primarily driven by what you want to read. Biographies, fiction, non-fiction, local works, poetry, plays and short stories will all be considered.
The first meeting will be on Tuesday 6th June in the Carthouse at 6:30pm. Discussion will revolve around excerpts from The Woodland Trust anthology Spring edited by Melissa Harrison. Scanned copies of the five excerpts will be emailed to participants once they register their interest.
The book can be found online and in all good bookstores. Louise also plans on hearing your views about what you would like to read and how you want the Book Club run, so even if you cannot attend please email with your thoughts and suggestions.
When: 6.30pm on Tuesday 6th June, and first Tuesday every month thereafter.
Where: The Fold Cart House
Cost: £2 admission – tea and baked goods included!
